Food Safety (Certificate)

Applicants must have a BS/BA degree or equivalent four-year degree. Core courses for this program have a prerequisite of ²ÑµþÌý251 General Microbiology/²ÑµþÌý252 General Microbiology Laboratory or equivalent microbiology course with lab.
