Topics include watershed hydrology, nutrient cycling, sources of environmental pollution, and the impact to ecosystems. An overview of different methods employed in these two disciplines to remediate and protect natural resources. Special emphasis on how soil, water, microbial, and plant interactions occur in ecosystems and how they are used to develop treatment technologies.
