Study of the state of rest or motion of bodies subjected to the action of forces. Properties of force systems, free body diagrams, concepts of equilibrium, kinematics and kinetics of particles, Newton's laws, kinematics of rigid bodies and their applications in biomedical systems.
Prerequisite: BME Majors Only. Credit cannot be received for both µþ²Ñ·¡Ìý205 and (°ä·¡Ìý214 or ²Ñ´¡·¡Ìý206).
