CSC 301 Problem Solving with Applied AI
This course introduces core concepts in artificial intelligence and its applications in engineering. Students explore the concepts of AI fundamentals, their integration into non-CS domains, and interacting with generative AI and large-language model agents to gather knowledge about problems, as well as utilizing them. Hands-on labs and project-based learning prepare students to understand and apply AI responsibly. Emphasis is placed on the responsible and ethical use of AI tools in learning, professional settings, and real-world contexts.
