This course is an overview of the systematic approach to instructional design and includes principles and procedures for developing total instructional systems and materials. In the course, students learn about systems theory applied to instructional development, the contexts in which this approach is applied, and the roles of instructional systems professionals in the instructional design and performance improvement processes.
Prerequisite: Graduate standing
