This course is designed to prepare pre-service teachers to teach students with disabilities and to lead to licensure in the elementary grades. Specific methodologies that relate to the theory and practice of teaching students with disabilities in inclusive classrooms will be examined. Fieldwork in schools and related settings may be required in lieu of lecture on occasion. Students are responsible for transportation to and from their school based experiences.
Restriction: Reserved for elementary education majors with senior standing
Typically offered in Fall only
