This two-credit course is designed for part-time and online MBA students and serves as the second part of the Leading People series. The Leading People series focuses at three levels of analysis: the individual, the group and the organization. Content covered in this course focuses on the organizational level, with three key topics: (1) managing workplace dynamics, (2) creating and sustaining an effective organizational culture, and (3) leading organizational change. Restricted to MBA students. Students may not receive credit in 惭滨贰听530 and 惭滨贰听532.
