NE 402 Reactor Engineering
A course in thermal-hydraulic design and analysis of nuclear systems. Single and two-phase flow, boiling heat transfer, modeling of fluid systems. Design constraints imposed by thermal-hydraulic considerations are discussed. A thermal-hydraulics laboratory included. Credit will not be given for both ±··¡Ìý402 and ±··¡Ìý502.
Prerequisite: ²Ñ´¡·¡Ìý308 and either ±··¡Ìý400 or ²Ñ´¡·¡Ìý310
