Topics include needs assessments, learning, transfer, maintenance, criterial and evaluation issues, as well as a review of research on specific training techniques. Emphasis on research methods and findings, not skill development in specific training techniques.
Prerequisite: Six hrs. of grad. PSY and six hrs. of grad. ST
