Survival distribution and hazard rate; Kaplan-Meier estimator for survival distribution and Greenwood's formula; log-rank and weighted long-rank tests; design issues in clinical trials. Regression models, including accelerated failure time and proportional hazards; partial likelihood; diagnostics.
