SLC 476 Capstone in Leadership: Cross-Disciplinary Perspectives
Capstone experience for students minoring in Leadership: Cross-Disciplinary Perspectives. Students will synthesize the knowledge, skills, and abilities gained through their previous leadership coursework and apply them to a self-directed leadership experience. Students will reflect upon and demonstrate their learning in this seminar course by engaging in interactive class discussions, reflective writings, and case study analysis. Additionally, students will complete a leadership e-portfolio, which documents successful achievement of program objectives. Students must have successfully completed ³§³¢°äÌý250 and at least two elective courses approved in the Leadership: Cross-Disciplinary Perspectives Minor before enrolling in the Capstone course.
Prerequisite: ³§³¢°äÌý250 and Junior or Senior standing in the Leadership: Cross-Disciplinary Perspectives minor.
