Communication (BA)
The Bachelor of Arts in Communication equips students with technological skills, theoretical knowledge, practical experience and research tools to prepare them for careers in communication and related fields.
Our approach to the study of communication is centered around six competencies for personal, professional and community development. These competencies are:

Interpersonal Communication: Build communication skills necessary for successful interactions with others.

Organizational Communication: Explore communication that fosters collaborative organizational cultures.

Public Relations and Strategic Communication: Cultivate relationships between organizations and their publics, achieving organizational goals.

Rhetoric and Civic Engagement: Foster community leadership through understanding and producing persuasive messages to promote action.

Media Studies and Production: Analyze the connections among media technologies, culture and society, and create critical media projects.
